Return and Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Items purchased during sales or discounts are non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact.litco@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.

Exchanges
Size exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to availability.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
After quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos
